Re: web/2004: Broken gdb-6.1.1.tar.bz2 at ftp.gnu.org?

The following reply was made to PR web/2004; it has been noted by GNATS.

 We don't control ftp.gnu.org. I recommend you contact the gnu.org
 webmasters if you continue to have trouble.

 I can't reproduce the problem either:
 --20:21:50--  http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gdb/gdb-6.1.1.tar.bz2
            => `gdb-6.1.1.tar.bz2'
 Resolving localhost... 127.0.0.1
 Connecting to localhost|127.0.0.1|:3128... connected.
 Proxy request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK
 Length: 12,586,670 (12M) [application/x-tar]

 100%[============================================================>] 12,586,670   157.27K/s    ETA 00:00

 20:23:09 (156.02 KB/s) - `gdb-6.1.1.tar.bz2' saved [12586670/12586670]

 And from your link I don't see any evidence that there's anything wrong
 with the gentoo mirrors, either.
