Hitting CTRL-C in debugger to break Xorg does not have
any effect.
Note well:
- happens only when starting the X server from GDB,
not if the process is attached later.
- Sending a "killall -INT X" wakes up GDB correctly
- The X server traps signals for cleanup. Disabling
the SIGINT handler in the code does not fix the
reported problem.
