It's very hard to judge the quality of the debugger just based on
the numbers you get from the testsuite. We need to compare them with
a baseline, such as the results we would obtain with the previous
release, for instance. For the release, we are particuarly interested
in regressions - as long as we don't detect regressions, we can hope
that the quality has been improving.
