Another change...

GNU binutils (gas, ld, and their smaller friends) is also migrating to
sourceware.cygnus.com/binutils.  It has its own anon cvs repository
and so forth.  Note that it has its own copy of bfd, opcodes, etc,
which is not coordinated with GDB's copy, although in practice they'll
be nearly identical most of the time.  The binutils versions of the
common libraries will be the master copies, so you should send
proposed bfd and opcodes changes to one of the lists mentioned on the
binutils page.
