I've finished to spread you with TUI patch for the 5.1, or
at least before the branch is made. The following patchs

With these 5 patchs, the gdb-tui is usable and works reasonably well.
I've being using it on RedHat 7.1 with gdb-i386 and also gdb-m68hc11.
It should be usable for any target (on Unix host).
