Sure, I have been for a while:
checking for xgettext... (cached) /usr/bin/xgettext
./configure: ./po/POTFILES.in: No such file or directory
checking for a BSD compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
Do you have a po/POTFILES.in lying around?
