Re: regarding Introspect tool

As I understand it, Introspect is based on tracepoints, which are part
of the main gdb distribution.  I attended the ESC presentation you
refer to, and it went into pretty good detail on what the requirements
are for the stub.  I've yet to implement the required features in my
stubs, but I recall thinking at the time that while they were
nontrivial, they were straightforward and reasonable.
