GDB server-6.3 on arm bug

Hi all,
I tried gdb-server 6.3 on my arm platform, it cannot response to Control-C
when it is waiting the incoming connection, my environment is:
BusyBox v0.60.3 (2003.09.17-06:29+0000) multi-call binary
arm-linux-gcc version 3.2.3
BTW: I compiled the same version on x86, it can response to Control-C on x86
machine. Any one can tell me how this happens, and I can send a patch to you
all, thanks!!
