I see it both in a fresh checkout and on the web:
http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/src/gdb/std-operator.def?cvsroot=src
Could you do a new checkout?
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@sourceware.org:/cvs/src co gdb
But `cvs update' should work. Try `cvs update -A' to get rid of sticky tags.
