[Bug regex/1218] New: suppress bogus uninitialized-variable warnings in regex_internal.c

Attached is a patch to suppress some incorrect uninitialized-variable warnings
in regex_internal.c.  It is derived from a similar patch already installed
into GNU coreutils and gnulib.
