I assume you are talking about the tr_TR locale.
Do you have any references documenting your claim? Please read
<URL: http://www.student.uit.no/~pere/linux/glibc/ > for some ideas
on what kind of references are needed.
I've sent a request to the previous contributor to the
tr_TR locale, Nilg~n Belma Bug~ner, asking for his feedback
on your proposed change. It will be easier to get the change
accepted by the glibc maintainers if he approves the change, but
references are useful too.
