This looks quite good. A few minor issues:
- The grouping for LC_NUMERIC is different from LC_MONETARY.
Is this correct?
- The standard references (category) in LC_IDENTIFICATION
are not standard refs. I recommend 'i18n:1997' if you are
unsure which standard you used when writing this locale.
If you verify that the grouping is correct, I'll update LC_IDENTIFICATION
before submitting your locale to the glibc maintainers (or
you can upload an updated version into bugzilla).
