The Sidamo language has no assigned 2-letter code in ISO-639(1), but sid_ET defines lang_ab in LC_ADDRESS, which prevents its compilation by localedef.
This definition has been added in CVS 1.3, so it is intentional, but either localedef should be fixed to recognize 3-letter abbreviations as well, or this definition should be cancelled.
