The way I read the 1003.1-2003 wording, it seems like dlerror should return the
previous failure details regardless of intervening successful dl* calls.
glibc's dlerror has returned null after a successful dl* call for at least a
good while now, if not forever. It's unclear whether it should change or if the
standard should make this unspecified.
