No. Any conditional definition in the headers are only the result of
pre-existing conditions. Once the first glibc was released it set the standard.
If somebody ignores the namespace rules set in that version it's their problem.
Fix whatever userlevel code introduces the problem. The entire _* namespace
belongs to glibc.
