[Bug manual/4816] New: Section "24.4.7.1 Problems with Non-Atomic Access" of the libc manual

In the above page (section "24.4.7.1 Problems with Non-Atomic Access" of the 
libc manual) the variable 'memory' should be volatile.

The third line should read as follows:

'volatile struct two_words { int a, b; } memory;'
