With decimal notation of abmon, seaudit will be displaying Date as:
* 08.03 21:23;24 2007
In Poland it's mean "eighth of march".
With my patch (or earlier versions of abmon) it will be:
* sie 03 21:23;24 2007
This notation is correct and mean "third of august".
I think, there is a lot of programs "english-specific" which never be translated
or localised. Decimal notation of abmon will be the big mislead and will be the
cause to mistake for users with Polish LC_TIME
