[Bug manual/6039] New: libpthread docs no longer get included in manual

When glibc was built with linuxthreads, documentation for libpthread would get
included in the manual, from linuxthreads.texi.  Now that glibc has transitioned
to nptl, this documentation no longer gets included in the manual.  It is not in
the manual at <http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/manual/>.  I suggest that
linuxthreads.texi be moved into glibc.  There does not appear to be anything
linuxthreads-specific about it.
