[Bug libc/6444] New: "system" function does not close its parent process's file descriptors

When I can "system" to create a new process, it doe not close file descriptors
which inherited from its parent.

Because these file descriptors cannot be used by child, I think it is better
close them.

My glibc version is 2.7.
