The RFC is irrelevant. The namespace macros protect the POSIX namespace and
POSIX does not define those macros. We do not provide an "RFC 2553" namespace,
that'll be just silly. The GNU namespace is the catch-all for all modern
extensions to POSIX ad other standards. Just get over it.
