[Bug libc/6980] New: Over-zealous getgroups_chk() overflow check

The getgroups_chk() overflow check incorrectly triggers in case negative size is
passed to getgroups(), instead of the call returning EINVAL. This is because
size is multiplied by sizeof() which is unsigned int.
