Compiling using kernel 2.6.32.7 headers results in a lot more errors than
initially posted (glibc source code modifications were made in order to get it
to this point.)
However, compiling using kernel 2.6.31-17 headers compiles without a hitch (that
is the most up-do-date kernel for Ubuntu 9.10 at time of this writing.)
