[Bug libc/11344] New: Precision in printf family of routines

The man pages for the printf family of routines, paragraph "The precision",
states : "If the precision is given as just '.', or the precision is negative,
the precision is taken to be zero".
This is not the case for explicit zero or negative precision.
As soon has I have a bug ID a small testprogram will be mailed to you.

Greetings

Lucien Haijen
