glibc has had this bug for the longest time, Ulrich Drepper is an arrogant
asshole who would rather flame people who file bug reports than actually fix
upstream bugs.
He has gotten so bad that Debian's switched from glibc to eglibc because the
maintainers of that project can actually accept their library might have bugs in it.
Whoever Ulrich works for (Probably Stallman, another ass.) should yank his
maintainership of glibc from him and give it to someone who can actually act
like a responsible upstream maintainer.
