* README.template: Update for 2.4.
* README: Regenerated.
* manual/install.texi (Configuring and compiling): Separate build
directory is mandatory. Use glibc-2.4 in example.
Update --enable-add-ons description.
(Supported Configurations): Remove section.
* INSTALL: Regenerated.
