(nextafterl): Correct
return value for MIN denormal. Rewrite using long double math too
correctly handle denormals and canonicalize the results.
(nextafterl): Remove unused ily variable. Fix nextafterl on
+-__LDBL_MAX__ and +-Inf.
Remove unreachable code at the end.
