Since that one is backlevel and only needed for one silly program, I
didn't feel compelled to build it myself; I hunted it down at Debian, and
if I'd kept the URL I'd gladly give it to you. It's in a .deb package,
but that's just a cpio archive and quite easy to unpack.
Someday Netscape will start to build against glibc2.1 and we can all throw
away that oldie stlibc++.
