I did not know that. I thought that c++ is an enhancement of c.

I suspected as well. Unfortunately we do not have egcs or eg++.

Thanks for the tip. I will visit the page right away. Can I get
away with downloading a patch if there is one available? I have
never used patches before though. Do they come with some README
and/or INSTALL files?
