* pr.c (fillInPR): Renamed from simple_get_pr (); add an ErrorDesc
parameter.
(get_pr): Make it static.
(readPRWithNum): New function.
* cmds.c, edit.c, file_pr.c, getclose.c, pr-age.c, pr-edit.c:
Use readPRWithNum () and prExists () instead of getting the PR
path etc.
