With great interest, I downloaded the recently announced release of GSL
and went to work building the libraries. Unfortunately, the build
stopped abruptly with cpp complaining about a missing include file. More
specifically, the function fp.c in the ieee-utils directory attempts
to include some one of fp-xxx.c where xxx is keyed to a config.h symbol
HAVE_xxx_IEEE_INTERFACE. I'm building on an SGI machine so xxx is irix
but there is no fp-irix.c file.
Did this file get left out accidentally or is there really no fp-irix.c
file yet? If there isn't one. I could probably cobble up one. In fact,
a casual look through the man pages suggest it will look very much like
fp-solaris.c but that may just be superficial.
Cheers
John
