Thanks for the bug report.
1) Regarding the make error, ieee support for ppclinux has been added in
the CVS version of GSL. See http://sources.redhat.com/gsl/ for
information on accessing it.
2) Thanks for the listing of the make check errors -- we'll work on
those for the next release.
3) Regarding BLAS and the corrupted arguments -- hopefully someone can
explain that, it looks like a compiler problem. If so, a simple
function like void foo (int a, int b, int c, ...) might show the same
behavior for a sufficiently large number of arguments.
