make check: unlisted bugs & crash



Hi!

I recently downloaded gsl-0.7 as tarball from sources.redhat.com.  It
compiled nicely, but tests gave slightly different FAILS than listed
in KNOWN-PROBLEMS, as listed below.  In addition, the make check
exited with an error after finishing with /monte.

My system is a 700MHz AMD Duron with 128MB RAM.
