GSL 0.7 (NOT CVS version) with Visual C++ 6.0

Hello again,

I have done some more work with GSL 0.7, just the tar ball not the CVS
version. I think it is functional now ... in the next days I'll look
deeper
into the tests to see if all are passed (I think so, but I have to log
it and
take a quiet look).

A lot of warnings still remains, just the same as with the GSL 0.7+
(the CVS version), so I'll left it there to be corrected in the next GSL

version not on GSL 0.7.

Have fun, and let me now if something is wrong ... which is for sure
