It is there but the entry was missing from the manual. I've added
it. The function is gsl_sf_beta_inc(a,b,x) (normalized incomplete beta
function) in <gsl/gsl_sf_gamma.h>.

Ok. Sounds good.  The file doc/gsl-design.texi has the project coding
standards.
