Hello,

Does anyone know a reference for the Prince-Dormand 8(9)
Runge-Kutta step function?  The sources don't nor does Abramowitz
& Stegun. I didn't check the paper by Bader and Deulfhard as the
manual says it describes the BSIMP algorithm.
