Hi,
I apologize if this is the wrong venue for this, but this is all that
I saw in the "how to help" section of GSL's homepage.
I am currently working on some C code to compute affine-invariant
Fourier descriptors of closed curves and polygons. I am using this
article as the basis for my mathematics->
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/abs_free.jsp?arNumber=56206 . This is
very useful for digital image analysis and recognition.
When this is completed, would this be a worthwhile contribution to
GSL? If so, how might I go about submitting this?
