Announcing gtkioport

Hi, this is just to announce a scheme module, (gtk ioport), that
creates scheme ports connected to widgets in a window that handle the
input output.  Features useful to REPL ports, like input-history, tab
completion, output coloring are also provided.

Typical usage of this package would be to start a graphical REPL
(possibly on a different thread and indipendent on the current REPL,
even multiple repls can be started).  These are not special,
event-driven REPLs, but standard guile REPLs driven by 'top-repl'.
