I wrote the readline code, and Jim was going to make it
autoconf-aware.  What I wrote #include'd <readline/readline.h>, but
did not #include "readline.h", because it wasn't needed and I'm dumb.
The dependency on a "readline.h" appears to be generated
automagically.

It looks like today's snapshot has "readline.h", but if you just
`touch readline.h` I bet it'll work.
