Dynamic linking non-functional with dlopen()


Hi,

Dynamic linking fails to be compiled into the 19980424 snapshot.  The
problem appears to be that autoconf defines "HAVE_LIBDL" but dynl.c
looks for "HAVE_DLOPEN".  Changing this appears to solve the problem.
