The XEmacs 21 beta compiles on Windows NT/95, I gather, and has
dynamic loading. I think I remember reading in the list that they
have DLL support working for it.
The Linux/Unix version can load a .so with extenditsomes for XEmacs
Lisp. I imagine that AltraSoft's `InfoDock' product will be takeing
good advantage of that for value-added non-GPL XEmacs plugins. ;-)
