Loading modules

If mylib.scm is declared as module `(personal mylib)', then put it in
~/local/shared/personal, and have applications that need it do something
like:

(set! %load-path (cons (string-append (getenv "HOME") "/local/shared")
                       %load-path))
(use-modules (personal mylib))
