I'm not sure that I understand your question.  It would be the current
gnome-guile package, but more streamlined, and without the capability
of the guile-gtk subdirectory to live on its own.  It would have a
unified configure script, for example.  From the point of a user of
both the current gnome-guile and guile-gtk packages, there should be
no user visible changes, expcept the name change of the package.
