While I enthusiastically support anyone using EIEIO
(http://www.ultranet.com/~zappo/eieio.shtml) for any sort of purpose,
there are most assuredly language hacks which were needed to get
around deficiencies in Emacs Lisp, such as the lack of a useful setf.

Where applicable, I've attempted to document which calls are or are
not CLOS compatible in the info file.
