thud-0.14 available

[the following was posted to usenet, apologies for those who have
already seen it.]

THUD is a cycle-based RTL simulator using a scheme-like HDL, written on
top of guile scheme.  this release tracks guile's promotion of hooks to
first-class objects, and is thus only useful if you have a cvs version
of guile post-1998/12/26.
