There's no 1.3.4; you mean 1.4? It was released today, and
hasn't hit the ftp site yet (as of this writing).

It's a trivial matter of configure;make;make install, BUT you
need at least 1.3.2 (1.4 is better).

I am registered (I maintain, among other things, FreeCiv).
Would you like me to upload it as 1.3.4-0.1 (NMU)? No problem
with me.

Libguile now is .so.5, so it would be libguile5. Perhaps 1.3.4
is even libguile6.

No, if you want to keep them fine, and count on me whenever you
can't upload one given version.
