The CVS tree on my GNU/Linux box at home is missing at least one critical file
while the tree at work has this file. The commands I have used, and roughly the
dates of checkout/update have been similar. In an effort to rememdy this
situation I cleared the entire guile tree (on the home machine) and executed a
checkout again. Same missing file. It's as if there is a .cvsignore file with
this file in it, but why would this be.
creating doc/Makefile
creating libguile/scmconfig.h
cat: ./libguile/scmconfig.h.in: No such file or directory
This isn't really a guile issue, so I appologize for the intrusion. However it
seems worthwhile to stay in touch with the cvs version of guile. I'm working on
switching what I have in scheme from scm to guile, although here on the Mac
there is a scm port which I don't expect to see in guile until perhaps OSX
desktop is widespread.
Somehow the guile CVS repository has been problematic for me, the only one I
have had real trouble with of the 6 or 8 I follow. Any help on getting
scmconfig.h.in out of the repository would be appreciated. I suppose I can
transfer the working tree from work to home and see if it maintains after that.
