What does DocBook have that TeXInfo doesn't have (and you think you'll
need)? Everytime I dig into DocBook it seems like they came up with
every imaginable tag. In one since it's good, but if DocBook does get
used I hope the number of tags will be limited to a very small subset.
I'd suggest a set similar to the ones TeXInfo provides by default.
It's also easy to add new tags to TeXInfo, but I've always thought
that was a bad idea.
