With *much appreciated* help from Greg Troxel <gdt@ir.bbn.com>, I
figured out that most (if not all) of the Time Warner[1] addresses,
including their smarthost are in ORBS, but the query listed in the
bounce message says not. It would be a big help to those affected if
the bounce message were amended to indicate that the web query pointer
given might not be authoratative, or perhaps ORBS could fix their
query; I'll probably ask them about that shortly.
In any case, I've made other arrangements, so my problem should be
fixed. Thanks again, and sorry for the interruption.
[1] I'll be oh so glad to drop them in a few months...
