What about writing a (web-based) repository for small doclets,
``howtos'', prototypes, specs, tips etc? Something along the
lines of the Zope HOWTO/Tip repository at
http://www.zope.org/Documentation . I can set such a thing up
on the Zope server I maintain at work.
