Hi!

It seems that BADIVSGNS is _never_ defined throughout guile.  There isn't
even a configure test that might influence that macro.  (I grepped
_everything_ for it).

There is only one ChangeLog entry in ChangeLog-scm (dating from 1991) with
that identifier.

Should we bury it in cvs?
